Who We Are

For over 20 years, we’ve been creating worship music grounded in the Word of God.

Thank you for your interest in the music of Voice of the Shepherd! For over 25 years, the Lord has helped our Messianic Jewish/Christian worship group write and record more than 40 original songs based on the words and people in the Bible. It is a joy and an honor to share the Lord’s music on our new album, I Lift Up My Eyes.

Voice of the Shepherd’s music has been played on the radio, at churches, congregations, and international faith conferences such as the Lausanne Day of Prayer for Peace, First Fruits of Zion, the Messianic Jewish Alliance of America, and the Ascent Movement. Our ministry has been the subject of a feature story in the international publication, the Messianic Times.

Voice of the Shepherd believes that the Bible is the true, accurate, and inspired Word of God. This means the individuals in the Bible were real people, with real lives, and real problems. Many of the songs on our new album were written from the perspective of these all too human characters. For example, Not My Will But Yours, Mary’s Song, If You Will Believe, Prodigal, and In My Father’s House.
